The Little Things I Take

What is one of the things that I love (which are few but are precious) that defines MY world but is often overlooked?

One of those things is to get away from every body and everything and just sit in the moment and do nothing but let your mind wonder. Due to the busyness that goes on in any given day and every tom, dick, harry, twiddle-dee, twiddle-dum, twiddle-doo, or whatever attempts to try and make your day theirs; that is extremely important.

I can just sit and listen to the wind stir up things, I can go back in time and revisit a good memories (family as the day my niece and nephews were born, major accomplishments like graduating from college , the Spurs winning their first NBA title, even thinking about a classic tv show, which in my case would be The Flintstones, where I can flashback on a scene and it would make me laugh. That could also apply to enjoying an outing with friends such as my yayas.

Anyways, I don't get enough of those moments and I take them whenever the opportunity presents its self …and without apology.
