In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “In Loving Memory.”
What is there to say? She was a good soul. Loyal, loving, caring, opinionated, non judging, loud when needed to be…and not.
Did her own thing on her terms, even when at times it was not in vogue. She was not always comfortable at times going outside of the box, and at times made her opinion known… but agreed to do it when deemed appropriate; if it worked, great. If not…at least it can be said it was not because she did not try. You could say the girl had gumption.
She lived her life as best she could, for better or worse.
However, for the rest of you(and you know who you are), do not show up if you want to see how
I was put away(as in the type of coffin, what funeral home is handling my burial, will I be buried in the ground or in a cement tomb), what I am wearing, what others are wearing so you can talk about them, how much money and/or possessions I have (which is none)and all that other “drama” that goes with my passing…kindly stay away. I definitely do not need you there.
That is all.
